Team Present On The Night:

Michelle (resident medium-co founder), Stu (historian-co founder), Dee (sensitive-co founder), Jo (team co-ordinator), James (investigator-sensitive), Pauline (Investigator-sensitive), Karen (Medium-spirit artist), Tony (Guest medium), Deb (Guest medium), Paul (Filming-Bolton live).

Equipment used on the investigation:
10 x static night vision cameras, 4 x dictaphones, Parabolic listening device, Environment meter, Emf meter, Temperature meters, Digital cameras, 4 x Night vision handheld vid cameras, 3 X K2 meters, motion sensors, Triggers objects, Glass divination, Dowsing rods, Singing bowl.

Hi guys, the report is to follow on this great night and great building. The building does hold some very spooky history and has had reports of activity right up to weeks ago.

The building is a very old and was in fact two majestic victorian houses knocked into one many years ago, this was taken over by the Mason's where they've had their lodge for many years.

The rear of the building is now a car park but was once a stables area for horses that were once kept there there many years back.

The building was also used as a military hospital during the war, there was also a tunnel that ran from the cellar area to the church facing that sits in the middle of the roundabout.

The slab in the cellar was used as a medical table for small operations and parts of the cellar were used as a morgue.

There have been various reports from the cellar of a female thats roams around and attaches herself to whoever works there, letting them know she is still around.

There have been doors slam on there own accord with nobody else in the building at the time, piano music has been heard in the dance hall area, glasses have fallen in the bar area, footsteps on the stairs, whispering has been heard within the building in various parts and cold spots have been felt.

In the kitchen area there have been reports of activity and this is put down to the old cook who was a sulky man and was often bad tempered.

Ok guys the report will now follow and I hope you enjoy it and to those who joined us we hope you had a great night, as before I will intergrate all the groups reports into one report room by room.

Stage Area and Dance Hall:
In this area the name Alfred came through to our mediums and the feeling that he was in battle at some point in the past, it became clear he was a major during the battle for Dunkirk.

He was there when the building was a Hospital because of his injuries, he was very sad but very strong in spirit. He was very lonely and kept saying "Emma" as one girl in one of the groups reminded him of his wife in life.

He passed over in the building and this was due to his head injury he received whilst at war, he affected Stuart on the group and made him a little upset.

The spirit wanted to hug Emma because she reminded him so much of his wife, he kept placing his hand on her shoulder.

Another spirit was sensed close to the group also and the name Edna was picked up with this spirit, she was a cleaner that used to work in the building. She was cheeky and very flirty, she kept moving around Roy on the group and kept saying she liked him.

Edna Kissed Roys cheeky when asked to do so, Edna kept saying Stuart on the group looked like her "Dopey" son, she kept whispering the name Roy into James's ear. This was sensed by one of our mediums and James kept getting a tickling sensation in his ear.

During the glass divination, Stuart asked how many were here with us and Edna counted everybody in the room but Stuart meant how many spirits were here and asked again, she replied just one at the time.

After a while Edna became quieter and was not responding as much, she said her friend "Una" had come to collect her and wouldn't let her talk anymore because she was having too much of a good time!

The group did various shape experiments where one of our mediums would draw a shape with their finger in the darkness and ask the glass to copy, this spirit got right.Her spirit then left the table and went from the room completely.

Another spirit came through for another group in this room after calling out using the glass, he was male who had some connection with the kitchen area behind the bar.

The name of Fred was attached to this spirit and he had passed over whilst the building was a Masonic Lodge as it is today, he was a mason himself and had passed over inside the building in the 1990's.

He was only young, had no wife or children but kept saying he passed here, he had an accident that caused his passing but not right away and the accident was not in the building but the accident spurred his passing in the end.

Another spirit was coming through also to one of our mediums with the name Jack and that the Masons who use the building still talk about him, his picture is still hanging somewhere in the building. He was in his 50's when he passed over, but doesn't realise at times that he has passed over and still visits the main lodge room for meeting's, he wasn't up for doing much activity as he said he was quite shy.

Some of the group started on the glass divination straight away,Stuart began filming and responses started almost straight away. James also picked up on two spirits almost immediately named Cherie and Percy one of them had a Spanish connection and one worked at the lodge, not sure of timeline I am sure James will have more detail on these two as I was picking up on another spirit who seemed to be pacing about looking at what we were doing, the glass divination was still going on but the two spirits seemed to be being held back, I felt this was due to the stronger spirit now present, the glass was responding to the voice recorder and k2 meter using the red and green lights as yes or no answers. I was communicating with the strong presence who gave his name as Major Watson he wasn't sure what we was doing and was quite standoffish. Stuart reassured the spirit we meant no harm but he still seemed more curious about what we were doing than willing to communicate, he had passed with something to do with the throat but wouldn't elaborate on this. As things seemed to be moving quite slow it was asked that any other spirits who wish to come forward do so,and we felt children were present I sensed them playing around the table and quite happy, we tried getting them to interact with us and placed a toy car on the table as they had said they didn't have any toys, I felt they were on the stage and some of the group including myself moved there, we didn't get any response there, and we drew this session to a close.

A glass divination was attempted on the stage by one of the other group's but it was very quiet, we did get bangs in answering to calling out which came from a fire door opening and closing, this would have been very difficult for it to have been blown as it was very heavy, this was unexplainable.

The Hub and Conservatory area
Previous K2 activity occurred in this area over one of the dining tables, this was unexplainable with no power source nearby whatsoever.

Yet again the area was very quiet with only the slight creaks you would expect from an old building.

Top Two Floor Area's:
Pauline one of our sensitives sensed the feeling of needing a rest or rest needed from spirit on the stairs going up there and a very strong feeling of somebody in spirit who had sufferd from stomach ache also on the stairs and the top floor area the name of Peter was sensed and this name being attached to a young boy in spirit who had lived at the property a long time ago.

Once up in the attic area or top floor rooms the groups attempted glass divination which was slow at first then started to move slowly, the name of George came through to our mediums and sensitives who was old when he passed and wasn't very interested in saying much else, he wasn't to happy with what we were doing and soon moved on.

A cat was also sensed moving around on the higher floor area's moving between the groups leg's trying to gain attention from all the activity.

In one of the top room (meeting room) it was sensed there was a very buxom lady who worked there perhaps had something to do with a nursery when the houses were seperate many years ago, the name Winnie was attached to this lady.

Later the full name of the lady was passed over to the groups sensitives with the name Winifred Bagshaw and that she was a nursery nurse who worked there for the family.

(The report added below was again added by Tony our guest medium from the upstairs area's)
We moved upstairs, starting in the top room on the left with the big window, (meeting room) I could see the room as a bedroom with an oldish lady, Alice just pottering about seemingly oblivious to us the room seemed to change to a nursery with cots in there and the same lady was there looking out of the window onto fields, we didn't get any response from the glass, and felt the lady and the rooms were just replays of memories.

We spilt into smaller groups and myself Jame, Stuart, and a few others were in the room on the right next floor down, I immediatly started to feel somebody impressing on me, one of the lady guests also felt something in the corner at the back of the room, it seemed we were both picking up on the same presence, but I felt him really putting his character on me and was wheezing, my face felt distorted on one side with my right eye twitching, at this point one of the other guests felt his eyes watering, I picked up on the name Wellings or something similar and the lady felt Walter and that felt right, another spirit joined us and made the room feel very oppressive, moving around with a dark shadow as if cloaking himself, he seemed to come from the room on the otherside of the wall and came in and out, the guest got the name Alfred or something like that, both were conected to the Masons but in what form wasn't made clear Mr Wellings/ Walter had died through chest and breathing problems he had a stick with a wolfs head and gave me the number 77, either age or when he passed, as I felt this was quite recent, he wore a blue suit and was an accountant, also quite a moody and unpleasant man not wanting us to know any infromation about his role there which was also the case with the other man.

Stuart felt and heard something move on the table, not sure if this was caught on camera, we kept asking for more physical activity, the energy then seemed to lift and we decided to leave it there and relocated back downstairs for a short break.

For the next session we changed team leaders and I was in Jo's group and also Debs, we started in the same room as I started in the previous session top floor on the left, four guests started the glass divination and both myself and Debs instantly picked up on children, I saw three moving in and around the group on the floor and they started asking for them to move the glass, it moved slightly but seemed to be struggling, Debs picked up on a boy named Peter, and I felt the other two were girls, Debs also picked up an age of around five and I agreed.

A few of us then relocated to the room opposite and got some responses on the glass, although the surface wasn't ideal the spirit could tip it to respond to question and it soon became clear this was Walter from my earlier session and Debs also picked up on an Albert and I felt this was the other spirit from earlier also, although the names were close but didn't quite match. We were struggling with the glass and it seemed to go quiet so I suggested we go to the room where we had picked up on these two earlier.

Once in this room one of the guests immediatly started feeling the same as I had earlier and was in a close postion to where I had been, although she was unaware of my earlier session with the other group, we asked out and heard footsteps taps and bangs in response to these some seemingly coming from the room next door, which I had since found out was the lodge directly on the otherside of the room we were in.

Debs felt a presence on her side at which point a bang came from that area and a guest who was filming shouted as an orb also came from that area and came right towards him at the doorway, after this the energy seemed to drop so we tried to re-create some of the noises we had heard but couldn't conclusively get the same noises.

At this point we tried to relocate with the rest of the group but couldn't find them, and ended up downstairs in the cellar, we had a walk round and found Claire the trance medium picking up on something and this scared a couple of the guests who left very quickly upstairs, we moved on and felt the far end of the cellar on the left hand side of the building had been some kind of makeshift morgue at some point, my time in the cellar was brief and would have liked to have spent more time there as from other reports I had heard it seemed a very active area.

I will also mention that at the beginning of the night on the walk round I felt very uneasy at the foot of the stairs leading upto the lodge.

Top Floor Meeting Room:
On first walkabout going up the stairs leading to this room, Dee felt the presence of a very jolly, laughing buxom lady on the stairs…her presence was also felt standing outside this room which was possibly a nursery. Winnie – Winifred was the name picked up and she came across as being the housekeeper and nursemaid to two boys and a girl. The names Peter, Georgie, James and Jacobs were given from team and guests. Team member Pauline also felt when she was coming up the stairs to the top floor she ‘wasn’t wanted', we think this could have been someone else. Claire a Trance medium in the group felt this lady was quite drawn towards and concerned about Sam one of our guests as she felt nervousness coming from her, she felt she was involved with looking after children and stroked their hair…this was apparently true. There were quite a few ‘unknown sounds coming from the doorway and stairway so we tried to coax Winnie into the room with us to no avail, with having no activity coming from the glass divination we decided to go into the office are, where yet again we heard noises outside the room but no activity occurred within this room.

(Top floor area report added below by Debs our guest medium)
Top floor meeting room to the left, ... picked up on 3 small children some of the group attempted the glass but not much was happening this is were I got the little boy Peter about 5yrs old fair curly hair the glass moved slightly not much. Tony picked up on the children as well then we both felt another presence of a male, I picked up the name Albert he was an older man very stern and strict still not much happening so the group spilt up and I went to the room opposite with the wall in front of the fire place, tried you use the glass in there but it was tipping not moving, it felt heavy in this room, some of us went dizzy and someone trying to impress on us,it became had to breathe as if someone was pushing on our chest one of the guests felt it also, she had never experienced that before ( sorry can't remember her name) it then went quiet again and Tony felt they may have gone to the room below so we made our way down, (this is were it looked like they use for the office) Albert and another man was in this room Tony picked up the name Walter, there were quite a few taps all round us and on the table, some of the taps responded to the questions asked, we asked for one tap for yes and two taps for no... I put my hands on the table and you could feel it vibrate, Tony and the young lady that was with us could feel it too, Albert had a very strong presences in his room I didn't like how he felt, not a very nice man also I was picking up a walking stick with him and he had problems with his right side, my right ear was burning and my right hip and thigh hurt! as I stood over the table it felt like he was holding some sort of meeting were he was telling everyone what to do...felt him stood next to me on the left side we heard footsteps as if he was walking at the back of me we all heard these a few times it sounded more like he was walking on a wooden floor but it was all carpeted, we heard about 3 steps (some times it sounded as if it was coming from the room behind us but this was the lodge and nobody would have been in there) at any one time and they were quite heavy steps. I did feel him move round the back of me and the steps again to my left as this happened, Duncan who was filming caught a big orb, it moved round the back of me and headed straight for him. twice this happened every time we heard the steps.....we all split up then and went in the cellar where Claire was just coming out of trance, she felt someone had been strangled I felt this was Albert that had done the strangling and murdered someone, I got the feeling Albert was quiet a big man and strong, also in the cellar at the bottom of the stairs from the kitchen the narrow room with all the stone shelving, I kept seeing naked body's some of them were dead but some of them were hiding.....

The Cellar Area's:
Going down to the cellars was a little unnerving as we found the right side quite warm and friendly while the left side felt very threatening, this was also picked up by Dee and Karen on their first walkabout. Table tipping was attempted in one room with the name Albert being picked up who was a very strong powerful man, or he thought he was, Karen our Psychic artist has actually drawn a picture
